Frequently Asked Questions
How do your Exterior Coatings hold up in cold climates?
Experience shows that our coatings perform very well in Northern climates. Our exterior products are made to have great thermal and weather resistant qualities, they penetrate and seal your concrete. This prevents moisture and stops the concrete from further deterioration. Our decorative coatings are easy to maintain, as well as, oil, mildew and slip resistant.
How are your Decorative Coatings applied?
Our systems are applied by spraying, troweling, rolling or stamping. With our spray systems we can create patterns that look like flagstone, herringbone and slate. With our stamped overlay systems we apply materials to your existing surface and use carving tools or mats to create a realistic stone design. Each job is truly unique because its custom designed.
Are Decorative Coatings less costly then new concrete or pavers?
Our coatings are applied directly on top of existing cement surfaces. There is no rip out involved. These coatings are more economical in price than new cement or pavers and can be applied in as little as two days. Together we create a beautifully designed makeover to give curb appeal and cleanliness to your home or yard. It’s the perfect solution for concrete that is stained, mismatched, flaking, pitted or old and worn out.
What if my concrete is badly cracked?
Uneven surfaces, cracked concrete or even missing materials are no problem when applying our rubber coating. Installed over any solid surface with NO RIP-OUTS this coating provides a slip resistant porous surface. Available in many colors with the abilitiy to design with stamps and boarders. The only completely crack resistant coating on the market today. As well we offer our Elasti-Dek coating that is flexable and will outlast many typical outdoor coatings.

After that time, we will extend your warranty for another three years when you reseal your coating. We do offer longer warranties pending on the products used as well as maintenance upkeep.

Before you decide to hire a contractor for your project, consider the following:
Do I want a floor that is unique and custom or do I want to stand on line at the local box store and get what everyone else has? Also am I willing to spend a bit more for flooring that I know has longevity, easier maintenance and of course holds its value.
Do I want to use a product that is eco-friendly, allergen safe and will resist mold and mildew?
Is it smart to restore my concrete now before it gets any worse? Should I seal my stone, bricks or pavers so they last longer and stay looking new?
Is it important to us to use a reputable company that has been in the industry over 20 years, and whose owner will be on site?
Do I want a relationship with a solid company that can offer exclusive options and will be around to uphold their warranty?
Do I want to worry about flooding and water damage? How many more wood, carpet and floating floors can I afford?
